Each year, the contest administrator, along with several helpers, collects the logs and compiles the results. Much of the work is automated, thanks in no small part to Chuck Sanders, NO5W and author of the popular mobile contesting software package CQ/X. We post the progress here as each stage proceeds. For example, when you forward your logs, we publish a list of logs that have been received. Send your logs as quickly as possible after the contest ends, then check back in a week or so to see if your call is listed.
Beginning November 1, the contest team enters any paper logs into the system, and then begins dupe checking and cross-checking the logs. This is completed by January 31.
Approximately 4 months after the end of the contest, we post the individual and club aggregate scores here on txqp.net.
